Rates
Peak season (1 Dec to 31 March and holiday weekends) is $380 per night  Maximum 4 persons.  Minimum 2 nights stay.

Off Peak Season (1 April to 30 November excluding holiday weekends) is $290 per couple and $50 per additional person.  Minimum 2 nights stay.

Breakaway Retreat Guest House welcomes families with young children.  We have available

* a port-a-cot with linen
* change mat
* highchair
* stepping stool

All rates are subject to confirmation at time of booking.  Weekly and longer stay rates available on application.


Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in from 3pm or earlier by arrangement; check-out 11am or later by arrangement.
Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is that where cancellations are received:

* up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded
* within the 30 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable
* within 7 days will result in full payment.

 

These rates included:

  • Complimentary breakfast provisions for the first morning of your stay.  Please advise us if you have any preferences or food allergies/intolerances to the provisions supplied, we will endeavour to provide you with your preferred choice.
  • Complimentary bottle of either wine (white or red) or sparkling grape juice (white or red) or mineral water.
  • Tea, Coffee (Plunger and instant) and sugar.
  • Soap, Shampoo and Washing Powder.
  • Linen
  • Beach Towels
  • BBQ
  • Two kayaks and adult life jackets.
  • Small aluminium dingy.

Additional Charges

We reserve the right to charge for any damage, breakage or loss that is due to neglect by the guest.

Payment

Cash, Visa and bank deposits are accepted payment methods for your stay.
To confirm a reservation a 25% deposit of the total stay or a current credit card number is required as a guarantee. Nothing will be charged to your credit card unless cancellation penalties arise.

Guest’s staying longer than 7 days are required to pay on a weekly basis.
Smoking

Breakaway Retreat has a “Smoke Free” policy.  Guests are requested to refrain from smoking inside, however, if necessary, they may smoke outside in the car park area.
